1/4cupchocolate almond butterI get this freshly ground at Whole Foods
1/4cuppeanut or almond butter
1/3cuphoneyI use raw honey
2tbspcoconut oil, melted
1/2cupbanana chips, roughly chopped
2-3tbspdark chocolate chips or cacao nibsCacao nibs make the granola a little less sweet as they are a little bitter
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine oats, almonds, chocolate almond butter, almond/peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, coconut oil, and sea salt in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
Spread onto a baking sheet (use parchment paper for easy cleanup) and bake for 20-25 minutes. Take it out every 10 minutes to give it a stir and make sure it's not getting too done. The edges should not get too dark.
Transfer to a jar or container of your choice for storage.
