Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Unroll crescent dough onto a baking sheet. Pinch the seams together to make one smooth sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- In a large skillet, brown beef, crumbling as you go. When cooked through, drain the meat. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until heated through.
- Top crescent roll crust with sour cream, then salsa, then beef mixture.
- Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
