Ingredients

8 oz package
crescent roll dough
1
lb
lean ground beef
1
package
taco seasoning mix
1/4
cup
water
1/2
cup
sour cream
1/2
cup
salsa
4
cups
lettuce of choice, such as shredded iceberg
(I used a bagged butter lettuce mix)

cup
“fiesta” or “Mexican” shredded cheese
1
cup
of cherry tomatoes, halved
3-4
green onions, sliced
1/2
small can sliced black olives
1/4
cup
ranch dressing
(I used Litehouse Jalapeño Ranch)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Unroll crescent dough onto a baking sheet. Pinch the seams together to make one smooth sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden.
In a large skillet, brown beef, crumbling as you go. When cooked through, drain the meat. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until heated through.
Top crescent roll crust with sour cream, then salsa, then beef mixture.
Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
